Understanding the companies we consider and ultimately invest in is a key attribute to the Patrumin investment process. We have over 30 years experience researching companies, industries and broad economic sectors. This is done the old-fashioned way: speaking to companies about their products, services and the industries they compete in. To do this, we talk with and often visit the companies we are interested in, along with their competitors, to help us understand a company’s potential and their industry position. We also attend trade shows and visit business locations and speak with customers to further our understanding of a company’s potential. We believe it is very important to know early on, which products and services have the potential to change the behavior of consumer and business spenders. Identifying these situations before others may result in rewarding investment opportunities, so this is a key focus for Patrumin as we undertake the task of researching companies and industries.
